Barnhouse – a combination of simplicity and warmth, home located in the heart of nature in Dinas Powys, UK.

But what is a Barnhouse? It is an architectural concept inspired by classic barns, reflected in the simple, elongated shape of the house with a gable roof and emphasized lines. Although it may seem modest at first glance, this form hides a luxurious elegance - warm, functional, and contemporary. Here we worked on the conceptual design, carefully adapted to the location, lifestyle, and wishes of the investor. The focus was on the simplicity of the form, clean lines, and the connection of the interior with nature. The dominant black façade, in contrast with the greenery, enhances the impression of calm and shelter - a place where time slows down.

This is not just a house - this is a sanctuary. A place where the day begins in peace as nature slowly awakens, and ends in silence, while the last rays of the sun disappear behind the treetops. A place that does not try to stand out, but to belong.
